Big Cottonwood Water Treatment Plant set to be completely reconstructed within three years

One of the biggest Water Treatment Plants servicing the Cottonwood Heights and Sandy area will face a total reconstruction within the next three years. In addition, the main pipeline of the Metropolitan Water District underneath Wasatch Blvd. will be updated.
