I help women connect with their higher power to achieve weight loss and fitness goals. Through this we use techniques like meditation, prayer and self hypnosis to help you heal from any past issues that you cause you to be an emotional eater, binge eater and or addicted to food. These things are all very real and an issue for most people that are over weight, so we believe that if we can solve these issues then you can live a life full of joy and abundance, over come and achieve goals.
